Buying from us
- Who can buy from M.S PHARMACEUTICALS?
- Licensed healthcare businesses: medical stores and pharmacies, wholesalers, hospitals, nursing homes and clinics. We supply businesses only. We do not sell medicines to consumers online.
- What documents do I need to open a wholesale account?
- A copy of your valid drug licence (retail Form 20/21 or wholesale Form 20B/21B), or your hospital or clinic registration. Please also share your GST certificate if you are registered, and your business name, address and contact details. See documents required.
- How do I get wholesale prices?
- Send your medicine list on WhatsApp to +91 70610 29725, or through the enquiry form. We reply in writing with what is available and the current wholesale price for each item. Prices change with the market, so we confirm them for every enquiry.
- Is there a minimum order?
- It depends on the product and pack size. Some items are supplied only in full boxes or cases. Send your list and we will tell you if any item has a minimum quantity before you confirm the order.
Orders, delivery and payment
- How do I place an order?
- Send your list with the medicine name, strength, pack size and quantity. We check availability and send prices. You confirm the order in writing, and we arrange supply. Nothing is supplied before you confirm.
- Which areas do you deliver to?
- We supply businesses in Ranchi and across Jharkhand. Delivery timing and arrangements depend on your location and your order, and we confirm them with you before you place the order.
- What are your payment terms?
- Payment terms are agreed with each business before the first order and confirmed in writing. Please ask us about the terms for your business when you open your account.
- Will I get a GST invoice?
- Yes. Every supply is billed on a GST invoice. If you are registered under GST, share your GSTIN so that it appears on the invoice.
- Can you find medicines that are hard to get?
- Often, yes. Send the medicine name, strength, pack size, quantity and how soon you need it. We check whether we can source it and tell you the expected price before you commit.
Licences and trust
- How can I verify your drug licence and GST registration?
- Our GSTIN is 20ACJFM2172L1Z9. You can check it on the government GST portal at gst.gov.in, under “Search Taxpayer”. Our wholesale Drug Licence numbers are 20B: 166566 and 21B: 166567. Business customers can ask us for a copy of the licences.
- Do you accept prescriptions or patient details?
- No. This is a business-to-business service. Please do not send prescriptions, patient names or other medical information on WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form.
- Can a pharmaceutical company appoint you as stockist or distributor?
- Yes, we consider proposals from manufacturers and marketing companies for Ranchi. Please see the partnerships page.
- What are your business hours?
- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday closed. Please call before visiting the office at House No. 114, AG Colony Road, Near DAV Kapil Dev (Gate No. 2), Ranchi, Jharkhand – 834002.
